COUNSELLING and
THERAPY ROOTED IN compassion, SAFETY AND real-life EXPERIENCES.
You don’t have to be in crisis to seek support, just ready to feel heard, understood, and supported. Maybe you’re feeling stuck. Maybe you’re functioning on the outside but falling apart on the inside.
Or maybe you’re simply craving a quiet, non-judgmental space to finally breathe. Like you, I know how heavy life can feel, that’s why I created this space: to be the support I once needed.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
& You Don’t Have to STICK IT OUT BY YOURSELF.

I’m here to support you on your journey towards finding solutions, healing and improving your mental health and well-being. Counselling can help you build more compassion, self- awareness and resilience in your life and encourage you to move away from the trauma and shame that you may have been carrying.

Whatever you’re carrying—this is a space made for you. A place to pause, feel supported, and begin to find your way forward.
here’s what working together looks like
Book Your Free Consultation.
We’ll start with a free 20-minute chat—on the phone, Zoom, or Teams (whatever feels easiest for you).
This isn’t a therapy session—it’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can share what’s bringing you here, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work. It’s also a chance for us to see if we’re a good fit before moving forward.
Let’s Get to Know Each Other.
During the call, I’ll ask a few questions to understand:
What’s bringing you to therapy? What are your past experiences? What are your hopes or goals?
We’ll also talk about how I can best support you and how many sessions you might need. We’ll review this together as we go.Write a short text about your tab that will help users find what they are looking for and get access to content without further exploration.
If We’re a Good Fit, We Begin.
If it feels like a good fit, we’ll move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I’ll walk you through what to expect from our sessions, explain how we’ll work together, and set clear boundaries around things like confidentiality and communication so that you feel informed and supported from the start.
You’ll also have plenty of space to ask questions, raise any concerns, and share what matters most to you.
Your Weekly Sessions.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is held weekly at a consistent time (where possible).
This regular rhythm helps build a sense of safety and trust—so you can settle in, show up as you are, and know this time is fully yours. Every session is guided by what you bring, what you need, and what feels right in the moment.
Payment & Cancellations.
Payment is due 48 hours before each session.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know at least 48 hours in advance. This helps keep the space open for others who may need it. Cancellations made after that window unfortunately can’t be refunded or rescheduled, as that time has been reserved just for you.
BECAUSE YOU DESERVE MORE than SUPPORT.

Meet Ona, Your Gentle Guide Through the Hard Stuff.
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor, certified coach, and neurodiversity advocate—but also a mother, a creative, and someone who’s been through the dark and found light again through therapy.
Five years ago I remember sitting at my kitchen table, feeling completely lost and overwhelmed after my marriage ended. Therapy was my turning point—and in that moment it ignited a passion that made me want to help others find their own way during their moment of darkness. Now, I help others navigate their own turning points—with empathy, compassion, and lived experience.
