I support individuals experiencing a range of difficulties whether that be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life’s overwhelming transitions and challenges.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and begin the journey toward healing.


My Approach Is Shaped By More Than Just Training.
For years, I lived with the symptoms of anxiety without realising what it was— I was carrying an invisible weight that I didn’t know how to name. Therapy helped me finally put words to what I was going through. It gave me the space to open up Pandora’s box—the one that held years of unspoken trauma. That experience fuels my belief that therapy can be a powerful, restorative process especially for those who’ve felt silenced, hopeless, or stuck.
This space was created with care for those who often feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed by life’s demands. You might be a parent or carer supporting a neurodiverse child, navigating special educational needs, or someone recovering from the weight of a toxic relationship. Whatever your story, you deserve support that truly understands your experience. And maybe, you’re simply craving a space to pause, exhale, and just be. Here, there’s no need to explain everything or carry it all alone. I’ll be right beside you with empathy, no judgment, and always at your pace.

I draw from person-centred therapy, psychodynamic exploration, trauma-informed care, CBT, and where helpful, I’ll gently challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking to support your growth.

I support and particularly welcome women healing from domestic abuse, survivors of toxic or narcissistic relationships, and parents navigating the unique challenges of raising children with special educational needs. I also work closely with neurodivergent individuals, counselling students, and people from communities who’ve too often felt overlooked or misunderstood.

Solo travel is my favorite way to reset. It gives me space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who I am beneath the roles, routines, and responsibilities.
